Free setup for orders providing vector logos. Bitmap logos can be converted for a one-time $35 fee. Logos are kept on file for lifetime use without recharging. Please email your logo to info@mymetaltumblers.com for logo cleanup.

Laser engraving is a single-color process, which can be difficult to preview with full-color logos. Visit our best practices page for help preparing artwork for engraving.

Our tumblers are laser engraved through the powder coating to expose the stainless steel underneath. This permanent mark won’t rub off or fade with washing or handling.

Orders ship 6–8 business days from order date. Rush options are available on checkout pages. We’ll notify you of any unexpected delays.

Track your order online under your account. Shipment confirmation with tracking info is emailed the day your order ships.

If a quantity isn’t available in the store, we can drop-ship from our factory. Email info@mymetaltumblers.com with the item name, and quantity needed. Production times may vary.
